We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of the Manufacturer of Printed Pouch films, Shrink Wrappers, Pet Preforms , BT Caps , Pet Caps, Pet Bottles and 2 Ltr Pet Handles in the name of M/s. ARE PEE POLYMER situated in Shed No.04 & 05, SIDCO Industrial Estate, SIPCOT Complex, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District, Tamilnadu – 601 201.
Quality

The Quality Management system is monitored by the quality Analysis department, which directly reports to the Managing Director.
Safety & Health
Safety is a top priority and we continue to develop new ways to sharpen our focus in this area. Weekly we are distributing safety bulletins to our employees. Each jobsite receives a newsletter featuring guidelines, tips and training materials.
- We promote the occupational health and safety to all its employees. Comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at work policy objectives.
- We ensure the design, manufacture and instructions to users of company equipment and products result in safe operation and handling.
- We provide such information, instruction interest in health and safety matters applicable to the company’s activities, in particular by consulting and involving employees or their representatives wherever possible.

Availability of Labours:
We have classified the need of labour as two types.
- Skilled Labours:
We utilize 6 skilled persons for Machine supervision for 3 shifts. Their minimum educational qualification is Diploma.
- Unskilled Labours :
We utilize 9 unskilled Labours for packing and loading for 3 shifts. Their minimum educational qualification is 10th.
- Highly Skilled Labour:
We utilize 2 Highly skilled persons for Machine Maintenance for 2 shifts. Their minimum educational qualification is BE.
Availability of Raw Material :
The main supplier of our raw material is M/s. Reliance Industries. He is the mono poly supplier in the Indigenous market. And Presently we are purchase from RIL, IOCL, OPEL, EXXON MOBIL and BOUROUGE.
Marketing Tie–Up:
We wish to inform you that those who have the unit of packaged drinking water they have to procure the preform from Chennai and Pondicherry only. We have plan to cover 3 districts i.e., Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram and Chennai. In the above said districts there are 293 mineral waters are situated. Out of 293 units, 225 units have their own blowing machine. Once our unit is started in Gummidipoondi there will be a possibility to supply the preform to all 225 units.
Time Keeping & Accuracy
We strongly believe that the speed & accuracy have to be balanced in track. Our young team is trained well to improve their speed day by day with 100% accuracy & flexible enough to work extra time even in non working days to complete the project in stipulated time.
